Custom orders placed with aprilweddings.net will be shipped via UPS Ground with a tracking number unless specified by customer.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us at April Weddings. All wedding supplies and blank stationary can be returned up to 10 days after the ship date. All items must be unopened and the original packaging slip must be included. The customer is responsible for the shipping and insurance cost on all returned items.

Custom invitation sales are final. The customer will have the opportunity to approve a custom invitation order before purchase. Once approved, custom invitations will only be refunded in the event they differ from the approved order.

FAQ’s

How soon will I receive my order? 

• Customized items (invitations, pillow packs, and lip balm) can take up to two weeks for delivery. All stock items ship within 3-4 business days.

Does someone revise my order for grammar and text layout? 

• Yes.  Each order is revised and an email will be sent out with the layout requesting approval.

Can I see a proof before printing?

• Yes. An email can be sent upon request with a scanned copy of invitation.

Can I order by phone? 

• All orders are welcomed.  The custom invitation design process is often easier to finish through electronic sharing of ideas, colors, layouts, etc.
